Capital Expo Festival has welcomed vendors for over 50 years. Whether you’re a maker selling handcrafted goods, a food truck looking for a weekend of high-volume sales, a business showcasing services, or a non-profit getting the word out — there’s a spot for you at Lakeview Park.
Booth fees are reasonable. Setup is straightforward. The crowds are friendly. Apply early since spots fill up — particularly for food vendors, where we limit competing offerings to ensure everyone has a good weekend.
Three ways to set up shop.

Arts & Crafts

Three steps to your booth.
The vendor application process is straightforward. Download, fill it out, send it in with payment. Spots are first-come, first-served once approved.

Fill & Pay
Complete the application and submit with booth fee payment. Online options will be available.
Confirmation
Once approved, you’ll receive booth assignment, setup instructions, load-in times, and a vendor welcome packet by email about two weeks before the festival.
What's included.

Booth Sizes
Standard 10×10 booths. Food vendors typically get 10×20 or food truck spots. Custom sizes available on request.
Water Access
Water access available for food vendors. Other vendors should plan to bring water for their booth needs.
Load-In
Setup begins Thursday morning. Load-in routes and times provided in your confirmation packet.

Booth fees vary by vendor type. Each application form has the current pricing. The 2026 fee schedule is finalized.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until booth space is full. We highly recommend applying early — food vendor spots in particular tend to fill quickly because we limit competing offerings.
Download the application form (from the vendor type cards above), fill it out, and submit with payment. Submission options will include mail-in, drop-off, and online submission. Specific instructions are on each form.
Cash, check (made out to Capital Expo Festival), and Paypal . Specific payment instructions are on each application form. Checks can be mailed with your application.
Food vendors must provide a current Kentucky health department permit. Other vendor types may need a state or county business license depending on what you’re selling. The application forms specify what documentation is required for each type.
Booth sharing is not allowed at the Capital Expo, If you are interested in a booth, please contact us to sign up!
Cancellation policy and refund terms are on each application form. Refunds are not available.
The festival runs rain or shine. We don’t issue refunds for weather. Vendors should plan for inclement weather with appropriate tent/canopy setups. Severe weather updates are posted to our Facebook page.
