Complete the application below to reserve your booth at the 2026 Capital Expo Festival. Select your vendor category on the form to see your fee. Food and alcohol vendors must email a Certificate of Liability Insurance to capitalexpoky@gmail.com.

Alcohol vendors: Brewers, wineries, and distillers using a mobility license must present a valid mobility alcohol license and maintain a DRAM shop certificate of insurance. All alcohol vendors must comply with Kentucky law (legal drinking age 21). Insurance: Food and alcohol vendors must email a Certificate of Liability Insurance to capitalexpoky@gmail.com. Health permits: All food vendors must comply with Kentucky State Health Department standards and pass Franklin County Health Department inspection before opening each day.
