Vendor applications are available on the Vendors page. We accept both Arts & Crafts vendors and Food & Beverage vendors. Submit your application via the form or mail it to our P.O. Box.

The board members listed above each take calls about their areas of responsibility. For general festival questions, President Brian Sudduth (502-803-6098) is your best bet. For tournament questions, Tournament Coordinator Chris Tuttle (502-735-3885). Most board members are volunteers with day jobs, so email is often the fastest path to a response.
